Military journal, 1918-1919; history, 1919, of Battery B, 308th Field Artillery Regiment, 78th Division, American Expeditionary Forces; and scrapbook relating to World War I which contains maps, clippings (some textual, others graphic) and other documents, including a letter, March 21, 1919, written from France and a broadside copy of General Orders No. 38-A, February 28, 1919, signed in type by John J. Pershing. Accompanying the papers is a quadrant used by Battery B.
